Our dedicated practitioners provide a stellar coaching experience unlike any other. Belly and Beans sleep coaches’ are the only two advanced educated Newborn Care Specialist's and Sleep Consultants within DFW and the state of Texas.
 
These credentials are in addition to their undergraduate work within education and development. Our coaching support has been cultivated through a combined 35 years of hands on experience in caring for babes and families. We offer our parents confidence through a 98% success rate.

The Belly and Beans sleep coaching program is not
“a one size fits all program” but rather a program which customizes itself to meet the needs of each baby and family. We expect each family to be uniquely them and remain uniquely them as we strive to create a balance between parenting goals and babies’ needs.
 
It is realistic to know there are some non-negotiables when exploring approaches to sleep plan development: as sleep science itself teaches us again and again what will not change due to the way our natural biological rhythms operate. For example: sleep science teaches us maturation affects each individual baby’s sensitivity to their sleep environment. This science also supports babies waking times; impacting how a baby responds to their body, environment and parents when playing, learning how to go to sleep, stay asleep and rise from sleep.
 
For families who are concerned about success there is not a pass or fail involved within our program, but rather a “What works best for you approach” as we provide a customized coaching experience. Our approach cannot be found on any book shelf, and rarely exist within the sleep coaching circles, yet our stellar results speak for themselves. Our approach supports families embodying various parenting philosophies; including support for breastfeeding and attachment parenting families.
